Choose the service that best suits your needs and we’ll help you deliver it!

  • Please always send us an initial e-mail explaining the nature of your requested service so we can check trainers’ availability & agree on services’ gross cost on the e-mail thread.
  • The requester’s team can proceed with contacting the trainer/mentor for technical scope alignment after Education team’s initial alignment to avoid any inconveniencies regarding financial agreements.
  • A couple of system forms submission will be needed (Kindly Refer to attached pdf below this section).
  • Please send online sessions requests 2 working days prior to session time.
  • Please request offline sessions or meetings with trainers 1 week in advance.
  • Please ensure that submitted session dates are already valid with the startup or the requester’s team.
  • If the session is delivered, the payment form must be submitted within two days, or its payment will be discarded.
  • For cancellation or any change in date or hour, please send an email at least 24 hours earlier.
  • Payment of requests submitted after the 25th of the month may be delayed for one month later than usual; due to month closure process.
